Welcome to The Unfiltered Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or purchasing from unfilteredco.com.au (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site.

1) Who we are

This Site is operated by The Unfiltered Co.

2) Using our Site

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state/territory, or you have permission from a parent/guardian.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to breach any laws (including intellectual property laws).

3) Products & descriptions

We do our best to display product colours, sizing, finishes, and details as accurately as possible. However:

  • colours can vary between screens/devices
  • measurements may be approximate
  • some items may be updated over time

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.

4) Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for and confirmed.

5) Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • you are authorised to use the payment method provided
  • your order details (shipping address, email, etc.) are correct

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order (including suspected fraud or pricing errors)
  • limit quantities per customer/household/order

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you to the original payment method.

6) Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

7) Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and/or on our shipping page (if available).

You acknowledge that:

  • delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays
  • once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control

If a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be found, you agree to first check your property and with others at the address and then contact the carrier. We’ll help where we reasonably can, but we are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

8) Returns & refunds

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This includes ordering the wrong item, deciding you don’t like it, or no longer wanting it after purchase.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under ACL. If your product has a major failure or is faulty/not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL.

For any issues (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), contact us at theunfilteredco@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.


9) Promotions & discount codes

Discount codes:

  • can’t be combined unless stated
  • may exclude some items (including sale/limited releases)
  • may be withdrawn at any time

We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotions (e.g., code sharing where prohibited, automated abuse, etc.).

10) Intellectual property

All content on this Site (including artwork, designs, product names, photos, logos, and text) is owned by or licensed to The Unfiltered Co and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content/designs without our written permission.

11) User content (reviews, comments, messages)

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, comments), you:

  • confirm it’s your own (or you have permission to use it)
  • give us permission to use it for marketing and promotional purposes (unless you request otherwise in writing)

We can remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

12) Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Site
  • introduce viruses/malware
  • scrape data, copy listings/images, or use our content without permission
  • use the Site in a way that infringes anyone’s rights

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption)
  • our liability is limited to resupplying the goods/services or paying the cost of resupply where permitted

This clause does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under ACL.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Unfiltered Co harmless from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
