Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with The Unfiltered Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). Below is everything you need to know about shipping, processing times, and delivery.
Processing times
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (unless stated otherwise on the product page).
During launches, sales, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping rates (Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide.
- Flat rate shipping: $9.95 AUD
- Free shipping: on orders over $30 AUD (automatically applied at checkout)
Shipping rates may change at any time and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Estimated delivery times (Australia)
Delivery timeframes start after dispatch and are estimates only.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Metro areas: 2–6 business days
- Regional areas: 4–10 business days
- Remote areas: 7–14 business days
Delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, peak periods, or events outside our control.
Tracking
If your shipping method includes tracking, your tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
If you don’t see the email, check your junk/spam folder.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
- you’ll need to pay the reshipping fee to have it sent again, OR
- we can cancel the order and refund the item total (shipping is not refundable)
If you notice an address mistake immediately after ordering, email us ASAP at theunfilteredco@outlook.com. If the order has already been packed or shipped, we may not be able to change it.
Delivery issues (lost / delayed / marked delivered)
Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery is handled by them.
If your parcel is delayed:
Please allow a few extra business days, especially during peak periods. You can also check the tracking link first.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it:
- check around your property (porch, side door, mailbox, safe place)
- ask others at the address
- check with neighbours
- contact the carrier/post office
If it still can’t be located, email theunfilteredco@outlook.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Damaged parcels or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theunfilteredco@outlook.com with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement (or refund if a replacement isn’t available), in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
